Voicemail

Sometimes when you try to contact us by calling 919-353-4591 you'll get our voicemail, usually because we have wandered into an area with little or no cell service.

If you leave voicemail we need to hear your phone number, spoken clearly, in order to call you back. Cell phones are still remarkably bad at capturing every syllable you speak, and sometimes we only hear a partial phone number, sort of like 9 1 9 - 3 5 3 - * * 9 1. Speak your number two or three times. Then try calling us again.

Do not try to send us text messages. We are not able to deal with them, and even if we receive one we cannot reply to it.
